1. Personalized 1:1 Coaching:

 

  • Initial Consultation: During the first week, we'll assess your starting point, goals, and obstacles so we can create a personalized strategy tailored to you.

  • Ongoing Coaching: Each week, Brandon will provide support and guidance to help you stay focused, overcome challenges, and make adjustments when needed.

  • Weekly Check-ins: Regular check-ins to track your progress, celebrate wins, and refine your approach to maximize results.

  • Expert Guidance: Throughout your journey, you'll get expert advice on what’s working, and what could be improved, ensuring you're always moving forward.

2. Tailored Nutrition Plan:
 

  • Customized Meal Plan: Brandon will work with you to create a meal plan based on your dietary preferences (e.g., vegan, keto, gluten-free) and lifestyle to ensure you stay on track without feeling deprived.

  • Portion Control & Macronutrient Breakdown: You’ll learn how to properly portion meals and understand the importance of macronutrients (carbs, fats, protein).

  • Mindful Eating Strategies: You will learn how to listen to your body, manage cravings, and build a positive relationship with food.

  • Daily Caloric Needs Calculation: We will determine your unique daily caloric needs based on your age, weight, activity level, and weight loss goals. This ensures you're in a proper calorie deficit to promote safe and sustainable weight loss, while still fueling your body properly for energy and recovery.

3. Custom Workout Plans:

 

  • Tailored Workout Routines: You will receive workouts suited to your individual needs, whether you're a beginner or more advanced. All exercises are designed to ensure you get the most out of what you have to work with.

  • Home & Gym Options: No gym? No problem! You'll have access to both home-based and gym-friendly workout options, so you can stick to your routine no matter where you are.

  • HIIT & Strength Training: The program includes a mix of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and strength training to maximize results. 

  • Progressive Challenge: As you progress further, the workouts will progressively challenge you, keeping your body in fat-burning mode and mitigate plateaus.

4. Ongoing Accountability:

  • Weekly Progress Reviews: Every week, you'll review your progress with Brandon—this includes weight, measurements, and how you’re feeling mentally and physically.

  • Daily Check-ins & Motivation: Receive support and reminders to stay engaged with the program, ensuring you're motivated even on tough days.

  • Adjustments as Needed: If something isn’t working, Brandon will make adjustments to your plan.
